etaDesk - Computer Telephony Integration and Switchboard

etaDesk is Ethon's computer telephony integration package. It can be installed as a full-fledged switchboard for etaCarina or it can be as simple as a soft phone on your desktop. In any case it is designed for heavy duty use in organizations of arbitrary size.

etaDesk is part of the etaSuite. As such it is an add-on to the etaCarina Secure PBX. It comes with a intuitive graphical user interface designed to streamline the work at the telephone exchange.

Any switchboard operator can set company specific out of office rules. Thereby etaDesk controls call destinations according to a defined schedule.

Call Drag and Drop

Using a touch screen you can divert calls by drag and drop on the main screen of etaDesk.
